~ How we work ~

~ Ordering your own custom and hand crafted swing is easy! ;)

Our process typically begins with a quick phone call to chat & answer questions, followed by a free in home consultation to measure & talk over all the details & options available… while helping you as much as needed with various decisions such as swing size, placement, design, finish & fabric!

We’ll bring our Cypress wood samples and Sunbrella fabric samples to view in person and in your unique space.

Moving forward, we can help as much or as little as needed with selecting the right swing and finishes for you! Some clients know exactly what they want, while others need more help deciding what would look and fit best in their space.
Also, we LOVE to customize to exactly the details you want… so if there’s a design or inspiration photos of something you’re dreaming of and don’t see, we’d love to hear about it and see what we can create together! ;)

We’re constantly looking for inspiration and working on new designs and finishes to add to our swing collection!

Once you’re ready to order or have us hold your spot, we require a $500 deposit, with the remaining balance due upon installation.

Our lead times can vary greatly, but typically land between 10 - 12 weeks… if we can answer questions on that or anything else, just reach out! :)

~ Installation safety is a top priority for us! ~

Whenever possible, we install from the attic space located above the swing, installing uni-strut for extra bracing there… resulting in the safest install & the best placement possible. If the attic’s not accessible, no worries, we’ll use four heavy duty, commercial grade brackets to hang your swing. Each bracket is rated for 1000 pounds!
